  : The place is located right in front of the beach at an affordable price. Customer service is amazing, very helpful and friendly. We got here late at night and the number that we received in the instructions worked the two times that we called. The place was clean and provided with all the kitchen appliances, but the dishwasher. It fits 4 people and provides a queen bed and a sofa bed (full size). The sofa bed is comfortable comparing with other ones. The best part, the location is very quiet and you can fall sleep admiring the waves.
  : It fits 4 people, but I suggest you bring an air mattress if you arent comfortable sleeping in pairs. The location is amazing.

  : The location is the prime selling point of this property. It is located right off a nice stretch of beach, and has an adequate pool for cooling off afterwards. The hot tub when we were there was set high enough to boil lobster so we didn't use it very much, perhaps the permanent residents like it at that setting. The futon was nice, the master bedroom bed was good, and there was room for an air mattress, It is in walking distance of a few places, though most people will want to drive to get to the side of the island where the shops are concentrated.
  : The "cleaning fee" is over the top and cost nearly a quarter of our stay before tax and was far out of line with other places we have used in comparable properties. There is a tiny TV (a larger one was disconnected on the floor behind it), a decent looking stereo system connected to bose speakers that is not connected to that TV, or anything else. Most of the furniture is cheap and in some cases degraded to near uselessness. The bedroom drawers were nearly all stuck and even when fixed barely functioned so we did not use them. The pillows are below even motel quality so bring your own, but I generally expect that. While there are a few plates and cheap silverware, there was no dish soap (only pods for a dishwasher that was not present) or even scrubbers - something that we have never lacked in a stay before. While we certainly did not come for the decor, it looks like someone bought whatever a thrift shop had on hand and put it up randomly around the condo. I'm only making mention of all this because at or near the pricepoint there are other places that are better setup and provisioned and this is something the likely absent owners should be aware of - it's time for an overhaul that our stay alone would easily pay for.
