  : It was in a good spot and parking was easy and fast. I like that everyone had a good attitude and very professional
  : The elevators in the parking structure was dirty and one of them almost got stuck on us! The room was clean but the room doors were chipped and the paint was coming off. The furniture inside the room was chipped all over as well. My other complaint is that nothing is open past 10pm our first night we wanted to eat but everything was already closed so we had to go to the closest grocery store to buy something to eat. Lastly it was around 10:45 the day we were going to check out and room service decided to knock one time and then try to open the door. Luckily we had the door block up because we were changing and getting our last things together to head out but it was not 11 yet and i think there needs to be a better communication system in place to ensure guests are out of their room before entering someones room like that

  : I didn't get breakfast.
  : There was cracking and peeling in big window,up top inside room. Look as though it was dry black mold! Asked it to be cleaned,and disenfranchised . It was. I declined moving rooms,I was too tired to move! We where stuck in elevator with two other people. I had a panic attack. I have PTSD due to tragedy, ending in my live in boyfriend dying! The elevator ride was horrible for me every time after that!

  : Dirty and nasty. It took me over a hour to get in my room. The cards did not work. It took staff 3 tries to get the cards to work. Staff did not want to give me a discount.

  : We loved the location, it was close to Heavenly Village and many other great spots!
  : There were numerous incidents that occurred during our trip making it plain out exhausting. It first started with finding out the rooms would be cleaned every 3 days. Considering a large group of clients are heading to the Lake and beaches, this is a poor decision. We had to call numerous days for new shower towels and on one day twice because they weren’t brought the first time. Secondly, our room fridge did not work for the first two days even though we called for assistance as soon as we arrived. Following that, the cabinets for placing our clothes and the wood door for the drive are loose and jammed together, simply a lack of attention towards making sure the room was ready for guest. Third it would have to be the beds, they were behind uncomfortable and sunk in any spot you sat. This made the sleep very uncomfortable for the nights we stayed there. And lastly the AC. It was not working properly whatsoever and we had to call maintenance to explain how to get it to stay at a set temperature, as well as it was very loud and unpleasant to hear all night unless you wanted an uncomfortably warm room all night. As a whole we were expecting a far better experience and were left flat out underwhelmed.

  : Easy check in and check out. Nothing else.
  : Valet staff were extremely disorganized and unfriendly. Looked as though didn't want to be working there. Cashier staff we encountered also EXTREMELY unfriendly. Cash out/ATM kiosk out of order. Had to wait in long lines to cash out. Property old , not well kept and smells terrible like smoke. Much too expensive for subpar experience. Will not stay again if I can help it.
