  : Very run-down and dirty. The property houses some of the homeless, who gather in parking lot. Our entire room smelled of cat which caused significant allergies for all four of us. The pull out couch was old and springs felt throughout sleep.

  : The room was great, nice & clean. I had a little kitchenette that was perfect.Breakfast had a great selection of breads, cereals, yogurt, juices, coffee & fruit.

  : There were Food Stains on the Tile in the Kitchenette. The View from this 329.00 Room was the Parking Lot, but at least I could keep an Eye on my Vehicle ! The Front Signage was poorly Marked and I had trouble finding the Hotel. I first drove up the Hill to the Extended Stay Smart Facility and It looked like a Third World Rated Hotel. I was not very " Smart " in Choosing this Hotel or Area to Stay In !
