  : We had some problem with the aircon but Erika helped us resolve it quickly.

  : The location is in the midst of tourist shops, nice restaurants and cafes. Relatively easy access to bus, train and boats. The included breakfast, available only after 8:30am, was fair but not exciting. The place was clean and had the usual amenities.
  : During our 3-night stay, the A/C was not working. To return to a warm stuffy place after a hot day outside was not fun. Opening the windows invited mosquitos and street noise. The owner/staff claim they can't remedy the problem because it was the weekend. It was out of their control.

  : A bit warm for being October, probably due to orientation. But they have air conditioning and fan.

  : Great location for exploring Sorrento. The apartment is central, close to plenty of restaurants and bars, and near to the bus station for easy access from Naples. The room was clean and well equipped. The lady (Erika) who showed us to the property was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is served in a square across the road from the apartment, and includes a coffee, juice and a croissant, which was a small breakfast relatively but enough for us.
  : The key card was a little temperamental during our stay. However, the hosts were available for us to contact them at any point if we had trouble getting in (which luckily we didnt).
