  : Clean room with comfortable beds and an ideal location to get into town. Host was friendly.
  : First it's worth pointing out that parking isn't free - from the listing it wasn't clear, but it costs an additional 18 Euros for underground parking, which you have to leave your keys behind (an issue for rental agreements, and from reading reviews of the parking, problematic in peak season).This should have been mentioned before, as parking in the area is near impossible.Aside from the headache the parking brought, the room itself was nice but the shower was broken and leaking from every angle, the basin also didn't drain properly.As for the breakfast, you're provided a few options but it's all self-serve and clean. Hostel style. I'm not sure I'd call that a B&B when you need to make it, then clean it yourself. Given the price paid, one would have expected some sort of service.

  : The accommodation has a wonderful terrace which makes for a wonderful spot to have breakfast on the roofs of the city. Furthermore, the accommodation is literally in the center of the city, with everything being only a short walk away. The Wi-Fi is decently fast and the beds were relatively hard, which we enjoyed, but others may not.
  : Entry to the accommodation is through a set of balcony doors which, when locked from the inside, can not be opened from the outside. Because of this, we were locked out on New Year's Eve, 1.5 hours past midnight. There are also no signage indicating that the doors must not be locked from the inside.The elevator used to access the rooms is incredibly slow, needing 1 minute 20 seconds to reach the fourth floor.The shower wasn't dirty, but heavily calcified and in need of a good scrubbing. Unfortunately, the shower head (as seen in the picture) was broken and seemingly deteriorated with each day. This was absolutely unacceptable. The tap in the sink has a very low water pressure (see picture) and the water heater takes a while to kick in, so one has to wait for the warm water to flow. As mentioned in other reviews, the hair dryer produces - at best - a warm breeze.Overall the room seems to have been very nice at one point, but a lack of maintenance was visible in a broken clock, a defect power outlet, a broken lamp, a faulty LED stripe and all the issues mentioned concerning the bathroom.The so-called "breakfast" consisted of dry, pre-packaged cornettos and other assorted baked goods with a use-by-date probably in the next century. There was an assortment of tea and instant coffee and a machine making espresso. For this, paper cups and a few ceramic cups were provided. Any cutlery and dishes used need to be cleaned afterward. The breakfast room looks to be too small for multiple guests, having only a small table with two chairs.Overall, the breakfast was very disappointing.On one day of our stay, the cleaning personnel left her key in our room door, effectively leaving the room accessible to everyone. The photos of the rooms are slightly deceptive in that they create the appearance of larger rooms. Mind the actual size given in the room descriptions.Last but not least, the price/value ratio is absolutely unacceptable, even for Sorrento.

  : Property was well located & very clean! Alfonso was a wonderful host! The breakfast is self serve, its simple but good.
  : Nothing not to like really. Just remember youre not booking a hotel. Its more like an Airbnb but with someone available onsite !
