  : Not a single thing.
  : Everything in the pictures displayed on bookings was a lie.The room was in filthy and poor condition.The toilet seat was broken and they somehow kept that intact on the commode.The flush wasnt working.The sofa sheets were filthy as they were never changed.I contacted the property manager and she reacted so normal that these issues were never there before and it just happened after the minute I checked in.The toilet window was shaking constantly and the nuisance was intolerable.The property manager didnt have any other room and gave us the only option to downgrade out room which has the similar kind of sanitation and cleanliness issues.She refused to cancel or refund our money as she couldnt comply to our needs.The property even didnt bother after bookings.com got involved about the situation.I wish i could share pictures her but no option for that.But ill definitely be sharing pictures and videos on other platforms too.

  : Very no frills, room more scuffed and smaller than in picture Pillow not very comfortable Overlooking train track and station Toilet wobbly which then leaked considerably over bathroom floor. Landlord much later in day organised for it to be fixed by cleaner in a slapdash manner and offered no kind of compensation for fact that room was offered with a broken toilet Disturbed in morning by cleaner speaking loudly on phone as she was cleaning in the morning

  : Les Chic Sorrento is a lovely, clean apartment in a location close to restaurants and main square. The apartment is fully fitted and Michele is a friendly and attentive host. We had a lovely stay.

  : The only thing good was the location. Everything else was a disaster. Not sufficient bath space for 5 persons, even for 2 persons was not adequate. The company representative out of context. Only interested on getting the money.
  : We had the worst staying experience of my whole life. There is not any office or front desk to receive guest or for facilitate a customer service. We arrived at Sorrento and went to the two addresses given and nothing, we discovered we were with no place to go. We expend almost three hours looking for an alternative hotel. We realized then that everything was a fraud, a big fraud! When we got a hotel, a man shows up and push us to get to a department he said was our reservation. A miserable one-bedroom apartment with 2 sofa bed in the kitchen area, without room service neither enough place for nothing, a total fraud for five guest accommodation.

  : Location to the centre was good to get out and about, decent breakfast i.e coffee and croissant to the room.
  : Check out procedures were not clear, we handed in the keys at reception for an early flight but then couldn't get out the security gate at the front because we didn't have the keys so had to climb over the fence! Not ideal!
