  : The best thing about this apartment is the location. It is located in the old town area of Sorrento, where the narrow streets are filled with shops and restaurants.There is a nice view of old terra cotta roofs and a church dome from the kitchen window. We watched a few lovely sunsets from that window.A short walk brings you to a terrace for a view of the Bay of Naples with Mt Vesuvius towering over the city. There is an elevator from the terrace that you can take down to the waterfront and port if you wish to take a ferry to Capri or elsewhere. Massimo was very friendly and we saw him almost every day at the property. He was easily reached via WhatsApp and he always responded promptly.
  : We stayed on the 1st floor (2nd to those of us from North America), in room 102. There are (about) 30 steep steps up to that level. You have to climb steps to reach the elevator. The elevator is extremely slow.I found the lobby/courtyard to be very dingy, not bright as depicted in the photos. All the plants look like they are struggling to survive.The key entry system is quite cumbersome. It takes 3 keys just to get into the apartment - 4 if you take the elevator - and there is another key that has to be plugged into the kitchen light switch to turn power on in the unit. You are carrying around 5 keys. If two guests each need keys, only 1 set will have the key for power in the unit. The second guest cannot have power if the other key is not with them.The bed is hard and has no cushioning layer. I realize some prefer a firm mattress, but I found this bed to be very uncomfortable. The kitchen is not really equipped for cooking meals. It would be fine for making coffee/tea or sandwiches, and probably good enough if only staying a day or two. There was one very small pot with a wobbly handle, not large enough to cook pasta. No frying pan. Massimo said he could not provide a larger pot. We stayed for a week, and had hoped to cook a few simple meals ourselves to avoid eating in restaurants every time.The bathroom is fine, but there is not much water pressure in the shower.

  : Best location possible, amazing amenities, very helpfulstaff, best value for money I could think of!
  : The airconditioning didnt reach the top floor where thebed was - a fan to move the air upwards wouldve giventhe place a 10/10!

  : the location was perfect. there was a lot of space as well and it was really close to the beach and the majority of restaurants in town.
  : wish there was a little more stuff to cook with like oil or seasonings instead of buying it all.

  : Great location, the host was very helpful. A good spot to explore Sorrento, close to the centre, the Marina Grande etc.
  : Slightly outdated and dark. Shower wasn't amazing and the drain was quite dirty. Bed was not comfortable.
