  : The thai massage was really nice and the room was clean.
  : I tried several beauty services. My manicure was hurtful, the lady burned my nails and in two days it has broken. I've never had a nail (gel lack) this ugly and badly made. The hairdresser guy went out for a cigarette right before he put oil on my hair... I had to wash my hair again the day after. It smelled like smoke, disgusting. I asked at the reception if the restaurant was open, they said yes. When I went there all lights were turned off and there was nobody. After a few minutes waiting I went to the city for dinner. Everything was old style and expensive for the quality of the service.

  : -The possibility to have a Free parking and free wifi.- The cleanliness in general- the warm water in the room's shower- having a terrace- having a view- easy to find
  : - the room door was not closing unless pulling it with strength- no bed prepared for our son despite being announced, and no bath-coat for him either!- complimentary water bottles not sealed- the big window of the bathroom was opening on the neighbors' terrace! Who could design something like this?- going to 1st floor, it's terrible to see the asiatic women sitting on a bench waiting for the next customer to massage. We felt uncomfortable, jumping back in time to colonialism.- the indoor pool was very cold for adults, not mentioning for a kid!- the outdoor jacuzzi is a bit warmer ,but far from a true jacuzzi. Not mentioning the people smoking 2m from it. Super to try and relax!- saunas: small cabins, clean but no water in the buckets: help yourself.- did I mention people leaving towels on tbe relaxing chairs and never showing up again, without someone from staff removing them? Terrible.- the bed mattress was Very hard and the pillows Very fluffy: awful night when you wake up more tired then when going to bed.- to reach the "restaurant" (better call it a place with tables where get some food served), you need to walk through the whole manicure area. Not only do poeple stare at you all walk long, but you get the aggressive products smell during that walk. Fantastic when you go with an empty belly for breakfast. The same terrible smell is also present in the room where BF gets served. Asking the waiter to open a window: "sorry we don't have a window to open".- breakfast: asking for a hot chocolate... It's not available. Only warm milk, coffee or tea. Really!?Finally it arrives... Orange slices are from an old fruit and are already half dry. Grapes ball are brownishing and don't look fresh at all.- there is an ATM, yes... Out of order and the exchange rate euro to huf is terrible.-staff: a lot of people doing what? Ignoring you... Not smiling. Not caring.
