  : Unacceptable.We booked this flat because it was the last one available. From pictures and reviews the apartment seens amazing. We've been waiting one hour in the street outside the flat before being able to check in and the guy who answered the phone when we called asking for news has been very rude. I'm writing this review while I'm waiting to check out and the guy from Baltica Apartments, the agency responsible for the flat, who is already 45 minutes late and made us lose our train back. Apart from this, there were no toilet paper, no shampoo or shower gel neither any other basic stuff, like salt, tea and coffee, when we arrived and we had to buy it in the local store.The location is very good, near the centre and the finitures appear to be nice but when you lay down on the bed it is very uncomfortable and it's impossible to sleep properly. As I said, the apartment is really close to the centre but the street near by is always full of traffic and the windows aren't able to filter the sound.Overall the apartment would be nice if only the agency was able to do its job properly.
