  : I like the Receptionist Maria, she was very friendly, attentive and a great person overall. Asked if she could carry my bags to my car, where this is unheard of in such small places. She explained everything carefully with the parking situation and key location. The Reception staff overall were friendly and polite. The location of the place is very good.
  : Boy oh boy where do I start??!! In my two weeks stay cleaning people/crew NEVER came to clean up my room, NEVER took out the garbage . I did saw them cleaning other rooms but never bothered to knock on my door and ask to refill my coffee or if I needed a clean towels?!The shower door could not be closed so the floor in the bathroom was always wet! The beds were horrible 5cm mattress ruined my lower back, the cheapest bankbeds you can ever imagine. There was a double bed in my room but it was made from 2 bunk beds. One window in the bedroom had no blinds nor curtains so at 4:30 am you were awake if you like it or not Question:Why have TV in the room if you don't have channels?! This place was mismanaged and the owner does not care about the client's needs nor comfort, only care to overcharge for the super cheap place and parking.Please don't go there and waste your money and your health Not worth it!

  : Maria the Receptionist was a friendly, and very helpful person. Excellent in explaining the parking situation and how to use the keys for the rooms. When I was checking out she offered to carry my bags to the car, which was lovely I must admit, because in Poland, in small hotels like that NO one will ever do that and She did! Overall the reception staff were very friendly and kind always greeting with a smile Very good location though.
  : OMG where do I start. The cleaning people/crew in 2 weeks of my stay NEVER came to clean my room nor remove the garbage!!! Not EVER ask if I need clean towels nor coffee refill I saw them cleaning other rooms but they NEVER bothered to nock on my door to ask anything. The shower door could not be closed properly so the water was on the floor constantly. Horrible service from the cleaning team The beds were the cheapest bank beds you can ever see in your life, that includes bed mattress 5cm thick my lower back is ruined. I stayed in room 7 & 4 and 4 was a little bit better because I had a shower in the room but that was it. No TV channels in the room??? Why have TV in the room at all if you do not provide channels????!!!! Do not recommend that place to anyone who likes a good sleep. Overpriced parking! I deserved a discount for my long stay but never got one

  : Great location, very close to the center of Sopot. Room was nicely equipped. Reception staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Private parking is available at the hotel.
