  : location, it was clean
  : the double bed was really small and not comfortable. the bedroom was not dark ar all, it let a lot of light in. the curtains were really thin, there was a street light outside and around 4:30 the sun would come.

  : The room is well maintained and kept clean.
  : The reception was closed when I arrived at 7:00 PM on Sunday. There was no information about how to enter the room. There were 4 phone numbers on the reception glass door, but none of them answered. Then i found out that the phones were left inside the reception room. I waited for more than an hour asking other tourists and customers who stayed there for alternate phone number of the hotel. Finally one of the customer opened the main gate and directed us to the security room which was inside the (locked) main gate. The security called someone and allowed us to enter the room. It looks like the receptionist were supposed to send me the code details via email and phone which there didn't do. By the way, I paid the full amount while booking the hotel itself. If you are arriving on a Sunday's or late evening, ensure you contact the hotel before reaching.

  : 1. I was overcharged for property almost 50. 2. I was charged for deposit, they wont give it back, I was charged for damage in apartment. Luckily I had made photos at arrival time all damage that I found in apartment. 3. I was writing 3 weeks for my deposit and overcharge refund, they texted back only then when I said that Im going to court. 4. Apartments was fine, but staff was horrible and ruined my holidays :)

  : Difficult sharing 1 bathroom between 7 people! Staff were unhelpful in check in. No clear instructions for key code entrys or location of apartment!
