: The best thing about this villa is by far the location . The view is amazing and its a very quiet area
: Only downside is the villa is in much need of updating. Everything is very tired and old .

: It felt like being at home. The views from our terrace were panoramic and the sunsets amazing.Our grandchildren loved the pool and we all felt the benefit of having a shower room and toilet per bedroom. Good to be able to escape the heat into the air conditioning inside.
: Air con in one of the bedrooms was a bit noisy for sleeping at night.

: We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Elena! And for our stay, we couldnt fault it. The location of the villa - high up above Son Bou was fab. You've got amazing views of the coastline, sea, and the sunsets which were amazing to watch with a glass of wine in the evening. You can walk to the beach & centre if desired (15-20 mins) if not, its a 5 min drive with plenty of easy parking. There's a hotel supermarket less than 5 mins walk away for essentials. The beach is amazing with a couple of beach bars which are good for a coffee, lunch & dinner! We enjoyed sunset dinners at Ses Garces. All 3 bedrooms are ensuite and all rooms a good size, the pool was a welcome treat on warmer days! The Wifi worked well for us - I was able to conduct my work remotely from the villa with no problem. There are neighbours on only one side so it felt private and quiet in the evenings for our stay. We couldn't fault the company managing the property (BC Properties Menorca) - they were friendly, helpful and fast to respond to any questions and cleared up minor issues extremely quickly! Thank you! :)
: We liked everything but just as extra info there are stairs up to the property from the road. This wasnt an issue for us but maybe for some with mobility issues. Its not the most modern villa but thats not important to us, cleanliness and epic views are and thats exactly what we got with this villa :)
