  : The location was fabulous. Close to the metro, restaurants and bars on Davies Square. We chose to stay here solely because of the location. Had we known about the rest of Bower House, we would have chosen differently.
  : The room was very shabby and cheap - with hideous polyester bed linen and curtains. I'm also pretty sure that the counterpane and over-pillow cases weren't laundered prior to our visit - we were too shocked to complain. The room furniture was wholly inadequate - only 1 bedside table for a double room, a very flimsy rickety clothes rail of little purpose, and only 2 sorry pictures on the walls. It seemed like the place was run solely for the revenue, and scant regard given to visitor comfort. The breakfasts were also of poor quality, with paper plates and flimsy cutlery - all very cheaply done.

  : All fine and well. Breakfast was good. All clean and well equipped. Christine and Stephen were each day on site during breakfast time for a talk with other guests and for sightseeing recommendations. Really quite quiet all around although in a central location close to the public transports.
  : We learnt on our tour that it is standard to offer bakeries from the supermarket, not daily fresh from the baker. So that`s obvious US style. (Not so much what Europeans expect for this price)

  : Nice bed and breakfast just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. No frills, but clean, quiet, good value, and very nice staff. I would be happy to stay there again.
