  : Let me start out by saying, the STAFF IS EXCELLENT! Anything that I needed, for example; trash pick up, more towels or toilet paper, they got it to me ASAP, and always courteous. Yes, I truly beleive you have an exemplary staff there at your front desk! The breakfast was fine, I liked all of the fresh fruit and juices, I am just not big on heavy foods like biscuits & gravy, however, the scrambled eggs were very tasty! I loved those.
  : With the above statement made, as far as your housekeeping department.......WOW! I checked into suite 223, on Thursday night, July 20, 2023. My room was disgusting! When I checked into my room, I couldn't believe the carpet in my room. It was littered with stains and pressed in objects and food on the floor. After I closed our queen suite door, I immediately saw food fragments on the wall! It looked like either shredded cheese or shredded carrots. YES, on the wall. Near the mini fridge, there was a reddish-brown stain on the wall, that looked like BBQ sauce. I called the front desk, and a attendant named Keisha came up and brought rags and cleaners with her and she cleaned the food off the walls. I stated to her that that was very off-putting, and gross. Keisha agreed with me, stating that it may have just been overlooked, but it was ultimately laziness and a half ass job. There was no denying that. I also hurt my back, (not very bad, just achiness now), because our toilet seat was so loose, it slid off to the side, clenching up to not hit the floor. If the tub had not been right there to my left, I would have fallen. I also reported this to Keisha, and astonishingly, she knew about it stating they needed a specific tool to tighten the set, but they couldn't find it that day! Also, did you know that there is not one grab bar or rail in your shower? Absolutely nothing to hold on too. You all have to know that this is seriously dangerous! You don't have to be handicapped to use a bath rail or bath bar. I was in suite 223. My room had to be the worst room in the building, and I say this because my nephew's room, and my cousin's room were way cleaner than mine! In my room, my nieces were not allowed to take their shoes off, but in their rooms it was fine. I don't know why that room was rented out; it was seriously not inhabitable.

  : The room carpet was so dirty I have pictures. There was food in the air-condition vents and just dirty and the bathroom was so rusty. Our room was 205. I would not recommend this hotel it needs updates.

  : It advertised online a hot tub in with the pool. There was not a hot tub. Thats why we booked there.

  : The toilet and the sink both had to be plunged. Iron in room soiled clothes I was ironing because it was full of gunk
