: Front and back gardens overgrown. Fence broken and lying in back garden with nails exposed therefore children could not play in garden. Soiled nappy lying on the path outside the front of the property. Only 5 dining chairs as there was a broken one in the cupboard. All crockery needed washing and plates were chipped.

: The house was spotlessly clean, modern and a little garden, well maintained and great for the little ones.All mod cons in the kitchen, and it was nice touch for the owners to leave a bag of ice, tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets.
: We had booked for 8 adults and 4x under 3's. It was tight and sofas were for 5 max.

: A lovley weekend, the stay was great and clean and super cosy. Slight misunderstanding wth cot as it wasn’t included when it stated it was. The effort in getting it delivered was greatly appreciated and hosts were very apologetic and understanding and made a super effort in making sure we had hat available
: Apart from the cot situation, the place was great. It would be slightly better if there was a convienance store near by for things like groceries etc but overall a superb weekend!

: Beautiful house. Understanding, kind and very patient hosts. Facilities were great. We enjoyed our stay!
: Locations a bit far from Birmingham town centre. Literally the only negative thing I have to say. Also we struggled to get the keys out of the lock box but maybe that us just being silly. Also communication wasn’t great after making the booking.
