: Restaurant and food was really delicious. Especially for Europe. Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Biggest balcony I had this year.
: This place should be awesome in winter, but fall is not the best season to go. Spa had a slight smell of mold. Not very clean jacuzzi as well. Water ended in spa, and nobody replaced it unti I asked twice.

: It is a wonderful place, amazing location, very cozy, warm, a lot of attention to the details! The food was excellent The lobby is such a magical place, yet, keep in mind that it is also a pricy one.
: There are two things we disliked. The first is the size of our room, it was not spacious enough, we found it difficult to move around after bringing our luggage in, please, keep in mind that there was no wardrobe in the room. The other thing are the prices in the lobby bar, 4 euros for a coffee is OK but the coffee is not a very good one, we believe such a classy place should offer a better one for this price range, maybe even a specialty coffee brand We have no other negative remarks.
