  : The AC was located in the kitchen and it was a really hot day. There were two fans in the apartment but with them and the AC working it was still very hot. Otherwise the apartment was excellent.

  : It’s a 2 bedroom apartment with a room for up to 6 adults and a baby (in a crib). It is very clean and has everything needed for a short stay. 5 minute drive from the airport, taxi stop is 100 meters away if needed. A small cafe not far away and a good restaurant about 10 minute walk. A small produce store is at the same building, literary next door.
  : Only one AC in the kitchen/leaving room (this is common for Bulgaria) and the hot water was not really available in the morning. But it was there at night.

  : The modern apartment was clean, well laid out, had everything we expected and more, and was near enough to the airport without having a problem with noise. The double bedded and twin bedded rooms were spacious and well equipped and linen, towels and toiletries were supplied. There was a reasonably large shower room with toilet and basin and a plentiful supply of hot water. The property had a second toilet which was useful. The lounge-diner was again of reasonable size although the lounge area was only big enough for a 3 seater sofa and a 2 seater sofa and a wall unit with a large tv and an air conditioning/ heating unit. The lounge size wasn’t a problem though as 5 people can easily sit there and the seating is large and comfortable. The kitchen-dining area was more spacious and well fitted out with fridge freezer, cooker with oven, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and microwave as well as utensils, China, glasses etc. There were many additional and appreciated things like fresh bottled water, tea bags, instant and ground coffee, some condiments, washing powder and cleaning fluids and even ice cubes in the freezer. WiFi was excellent as was TV reception. The amazing thing about this apartment was the wrap around balcony. Being on the 5th floor (lift is available) the view across the city was amazing both in daylight and at night and a small seating area was set up on it. Parking was readily available and the apartment is within a nice block with secure front door access. The host kept in touch throughout the booking process giving me all necessary information. We were then met by a pleasant Bulgarian lady at the front of the apartments who then gave us a guided tour and explained where everything was including where additional bedding was stored. She also asked whether there was anything she could help us with which was a nice touch. I would be happy to use this accommodation again.
  : Very little. There were only 2 chairs on the balcony and 4 would be appreciated although it is possible that 4 are supplied when the weather is better. No tea towel for drying the dishes was supplied although a drying tray was but I prefer to dry things and put them away. This is a personal choice though. There is no washbasin in the second toilet which I would have preferred. And finally I couldn’t get the microwave to work and had to use the oven instead. The microwave appeared to be German with some English words on it but not enough words to get the right combination of buttons to make it work, although I am perfectly happy to say this was probably my fault, but as a suggestion maybe a simple instruction card could be supplied?

  : Apartment was clean, host was friendly and readily available.Apartment was warm for winter time.Great view of Vitosha mountain, but unfinished construction all around.
  : Kitchen appliances were very old.Buttons on microwave, and A/C didn't work well.Hot water was not readily available. It took too long for it to come. Shower made no sense, and was way too high, getting everything wet.Frying pan was all scratched up and beyond usable.Towels were too old and rough.Apartment is in need of remodeling.

  : A very nice and big apartment close to Sofia Airport. There was a bottle of water and coffee/tea and coffee maker in the flat which I found very nice and welcoming. Communication with the host was excellent. I would stay there again if I have to catch early flight again or arrive late in Sofia.

  : -Close to airport.-Great owner that went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Showed interest in helping us on everything we could need. A 10 out of 10 to the owner.
  : -The neighborhood was kind of bleak. Good enough to stay overnight on route to the airport, but I would not choose it for anything else than that.-Old, average building. The apartment was renovated and ok'ish, but cold in December and unluckily one of the only 3 heaters stopped working shortly after we arrived. However, I have to say we did not give any advance notice to the owner, we arrived to the apartment just 10 min after booking it, so no chance for the owner to heat it in advance.
