  : For some reason the towels supplied always had a stain on them and the food was very limited and not of a high standard

  : 1. Very polite staff, although the hotel itself was not up to the mark but the administrators were very helpful. 2. I would like to mention Mr Vahe, and Ms Catherine (administrators) for their extra efforts to help me out.3. The location is good and beaches and other attractions are within walking distance.
  : 1. I had booked a superior room, however while check in I was alotted an attic, which was like a makeshift arrangement to palm it off as a room. I would suggest customers to call up and confirm the room with the management prior checking in. Although after lot of deliberation I was given a room in ground floor, obviously with no view. 2. The breakfast is passable, although the timing is till 1200 hrs, the staff stops refilling the counters by 1115hrs. 3. After the 1st day I had to personally request for cleanship of the room as no one had cleaned it, even for a simple thing like toilet paper had to be asked from the reception which should have been put without asking. 4. There are no additional facilities such as gym or swimming pool available. 5. The hotel is definitely not value for the money you spend.

  : Nothing, they are criminals and lie all the way.Booking.com MUST delist them. Their room sizes are 4-5 sq meters. They don't have "Superior rooms", they don't have "Studio". They are disaster
  : Overview:We stay in this hotel in late June 2021. It is a place you should never visit, it is terrible and the attitude here is worst ever I come across. One simple piece of advice - if you are in Russia never trust people from the south regions/republics. Sochi is one place you should avoid avoiding people and avoid ruining your experience! Russia NOT Sochi, if you are coming here - trust me you won't enjoy the sun - people and experience are terrible. You can visit any country around the globe with the same or similar weather/nature/sea - but only in Russia, you will be treated like hell. For some reason, local think, it is their job to do everything to make it bad. You will never experience anything like that in nearby Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan (ok, maybe in Ukraine it is worst, but just because of their nationalism)To summarise - if you are a foreigner: DO NOT COME HERE! No jokes!If you are disabled - DO NOT COME HERE! It will be impossible for you to navigate!Good:The location isn't bad. If you are in 20's, 30's - it is good. However, if you are in your 40-50's it isn't great. The landscape isn't great, from the city center to the hotel you will have to push yourselves. Otherwise, it is 15-20 minutes far from the sea and restaurants. There is a local shop halfway to the city (10 minutes), but you have to walk down the mountain and back up again, so for people who aren't fit it can be challenging.Bad:I don't even know where to start ...1. Hotel full of racial and general discrimination2. Fraudulent advertisement about the rooms and fake photos (rooms are 5-10 m2 while advertised 20-30 m2)3. Disrespect to visitors and clients (when we arrived we explained we booked Superior Rooms with Bookings.com, it was confirmed with Sea View and it was clear on the receipt. However, we've been told - no rooms available and you will get a standard single. If you like to get a better room - pay.
