  : Bed comfy and room very clean.
  : We arrived early afternoon. The receptionist told us to come back in 10 minutes as the rooms weren't quite ready yet, which was fair enough as we were early. Went to the restaurant to grab a bite to eat. Tried to order at the bar. Waited ages, no staff around. We eventually gave up and went back to check in. This process took ages and was very slow. Tried to charge me again, when I had already paid. Air con and boiler very noisy and kept me awake during the night.A couple of hours after we had checked out, we realised we had left our phone charger in the room. We asked reception if the cleaners had found it. The receptionist was very rude and told us the cleaner had not found it, therefore we couldn't have been left in the room. We definitely did leave it as we remember it still being plugged in the room by the kettle. It is a google charger and very expensive as it is a unique one. We asked if she could check the room/knock on the door and just ask the new occupants if it was there. She refused to do so because she was insisting that if the cleaners hadn't found it, it wasn't there. This then means the cleaners must have taken it if that is the case. We emailed the hotel but no response. We were in room 207 so if anyone happens to find the charger, please contact me. The cleaners do an amazing job and the room was spotless but the same cannot be said for reception staff.

  : perfect location for what we needed. close to airport but no noise traffic from it! staff friendly and helpful
  : the bathroom cleanliness was poor and the decorating needs looking at. could have done with a phone in the room to contact reception instead of having to go there every time I needed something.

  : We got a real bargain through Booking.com for this hotel which was clean and in a good place to get to the airport the next day, breakfast was very good
  : Aircon was broken but they gave us free parking to compensate.
