Poor
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: What breakfast? you must be thinking of somewhere else. Location was terrible but that's my fault for not doing much more research
: Nothing about this place was what we hoped. To begin with the group that managed it or at least the short term rental part, Flying Butler, provided pre-arrival information that had no bearing on what was true. Little thing such as, the internet information's completely wrong but easily remedied. Upon arrival there was a key to the apartment but no key or fob to enter the building either from the front or the garage (where garbage disposal was). It took us 3.5 days before we had access into the building without calling someone. For a place which was clean 1 time a week, upon request, there were no cleaning supplies provided ie sponges to clean up after cooking, no broom or vacuum etc. There was a washer/drie (all-in-one) but the drier never worked so we had to hang our clothes around the apartment. Worst though there were no windows in the bedrooms, I think this is against the law in the UK? Our mistake was to book the place for 4 weeks, but we moved out after 2 weeks.
