: A place for people who are looking for calm place close to the nature. Even if there is a bar in penzion, people weren't loud and service was closed quite early. Room was large and comfortable with huge window on the wall. First what you hear after wake up is the sound of river and birds singing. Very nice owner and staf, who serve tasty breakfast. Good option if you plan to visit Pardubice (20 minutes by car) or Litomysl (40 minutes by car). 20 minutes walk from castle in Slatinany.

: The location is wonderful, next to a flowing river giving a relaxing water noise. The air was so fresh too. I slept with the window open and was very relaxed. The hosts are wonderful, very kind and helpful. Even offering a quick homemade soup on arrival which was very welcome. The room was clean and pleasant with dual aspect windows ( my room overlooked the river). Breakfast was excellent. A lot of food and nicely presented. Also there are lovely walks nearby - Tomas explained them in excellent detail.
: The bed was very hard - too hard for me. I had to use all the soft bedding (and clothes) I had with me to lie on to make the bed tolerable. I might be unusual in this but it is the hardest bed I have ever slept on. I mentioned it to Tomas in the morning and he explained that it is a new mattress, a hard one as other previous guests had complained that the old bed was too soft. I guess we are all different!

: Very good location. Rocks on one side, river on the other. Calm area without car traffic. Pleasant and helpful host. There is a bar downstairs with good food and beer.
