  : We liked the beach and the services at the beach incl. ability to use the kayaks, bicycles and such without additional fees. The beds are comfortable.
  : Most of the reception staff were rude. Actually, one lady was downright offensive and when we asked her a question regarding a discrepancy between the invoice she gave us and what we actually paid (we paid less, so it was in their favour) she got extremely aggressive. Much of the other staff were also quite unfriendly. The food is poor and definitely not up to a 4-star hotel standard. Drinks at the beach bar, albeit litmitless, are also of really poor quality. We paid for sea-view room but we could only see the sea when we got out on the terrace - not to mention that the distance from our room to the beach and the restaurant was a huge trek involving 2 elevators, stairs and what not in between. Rooms are really small. This was our second year coming and we had hoped improvements were made - sadly it was not so.
