  : Very welcoming place. Room was a good size and in a perfect location for walking routes I had planned. Dinner booked for the bar area at 7:30pm and I went down around 5pm. Very welcoming staff and local. Because the pub ic community owned there was a very community feel and I got talking to lots of different people throughout the evening.

  : Nice food, good beer.
  : The property was advertised as being wheelchair-accessible. The accommodation is not. I asked a question about this in my booking, but received no reply. I tried to phone three times, but no answer. So, communications could be better. The map on Booking.com shows a car charger at the pub, which was important in our choice (after supposed accessibility). Unfortunately it doesnt work, and hasnt for years.

  : The bar was busy with a nice atmosphere. The enjoyable Menu very good including a specials board. Food was reasonably priced , well presented and very tasty, great value for price.
  : There was an extra bottle of wine on our bill , this was easily sorted with staff who apologised but could of been missed!
