: Location and design/decor. Also the staff was friendly, but completely insufficient.The hotel is exactly next to the central park and the therapeutical springs are very near too. The rooms are uniquely decorated and the apartment we used was really big.
: I didn't appreciate being told that we need to pay extra for breakfast because we payed our stay via Booking and Booking takes a commission. So basically we have been penalized for using Booking although due to Booking we could find the hotel. We also have been asked to pay an extra tax I never heard about and the owner refused to give us a receipt for it. Otherwise the owner and the staff were really nice and friendly. We would have maybe stayed longer, if not such an unpleasant start. More employees would also help a lot, because the reception was most of time void and so was the restaurant, excepting the main meals time. Most of times we found someone to help us only in kitchen. Luckily every time we found someone, they were really helpful. Overall, not a bad stay, but the experience didn't match the high price.

: The amenities in the apartment were great. The mattress was very confy, the bathroom very well equiped and with many useful accesories.
: The parking was not enough for the hotel capacity. At the paid price I would have expected to have the breakfast included or at least a coffee and a croissant. The TV signal was not the best. Some mosquito nets in the bathroom would be also helpful.
