: The room was very clean.The staff was also very friendly.Awesome food in the restaurant. All the dishes were delicious and quiet chip.
: It was quite cold in the room (it was filled not more than +14 C degrees inside). Outside temperature was -13 C.No slippers in the room. The floor was very cold.Awful voice isolation between the neighbors. I heard every word that was saying by neighbors. I thought that they are speaking in our room.

: The rooms are ok, area is beautiful. Food is great.
: I was coming to this place every year since 2010. And this time its the last time. I really like the place, food is great, area is beautiful but its impossible to relax, because you will meet on the pool some family with JBL that will make a party there, without even asking you if you are ok with it. Also u can meet another families that will open there cars and play loud Russian shanson, from 2 pm till 10 pm. Mood killers! Dont think that if you will complain to administrators they will do something. No) the answer is what can we do, they have right to do it till 10 pm. People came to chill. And you came to do what??? Stress only I guess. So thats the only reason I wont come there anymore.

: This is the second time within the same month that I came here, and I even prolonged it for an extra night. Very beautiful nature, warm pool, super kid-friendly.
: Breakfast options are a few (5), very similar, and the same every day. The second room we had (we needed to move for the extra night) had not quite safe stairs, so this need to be kept in mind when travelling with kids, but no complaints, since we took what was available.
