  : The host was pleasant, It was quite clean, It was warm enough. The interior is partially made of wood the building looks new There is well equipped kitchen Breakfast is good and not pricey There is an electric fireplace
  : There were flies in the room, I had to call thenhost to deal with them. It all ended up with me holding vacuum cleaner and catching all flies in room and in the hall. In the morning I found another fly near the window. There were flies in bathroom too and they bite. The price for room with shared bathroom is the same as the room with included one The tap connected incorrectly (cold comes from the hot side, hot from the cold), shower connected as it should. The bed was narrow (140cm) and short (I'm 173cm) There were no curtains on the window. The room was filled with light and noise all night from the railroad station. The light in the room is bright and cold. Only main source of light works In the room, wall lamps doesn't work. Carpet is old. The provided slippers are a one time use type, but they were used before us.

  : There are three rooms. We were in the one with the artificial fireplace. It was quite warm in the room at night (its October now). Two rooms have a shared bathroom. One does have it inside. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need for cooking or heating smth. The location is 200-300 metres from the railway station. The hostess is very nice and polite.
  : Everything was fine. Perhaps the bed could be a little longer. But overall- all is nice.

  : Very clean and well taken care of inside and outside. The host Myroslava was a pleasure to deal with. Backyard is well equipped for having a sip of beer outside. Good supermarket is within the 3 minutes walk. Downtown was also well accessible on foot.
  : Extremely noisy place as the property is located right between the active railroad station with trains passing by and honking quite often day and night and major highway with trucks and cars transiting both directions 24 hrs a day. It could be better in cold seasons with windows shut but in summer you gotta keep your windows open at all times as it gets hot very quickly - the rooms are located under the top roof of the building, just like the property name Mansard suggests, and no A/C. Windows lack any anti-moskito meshes so be ready for some nightly buzz and itching bites. One night hosts were performing some noisy (hammering and saw works) construction works in a bungalow they built in the backyard, it lasted till midnight and added to the discomfort greatly.Rentable rooms are located at the third storey with only narrow wooden stairway leaving you no way to escape in case of fire. The last day we stayed there a big electric tranformator exploded and burned up within the 10 m proximity of the house, so beware
