  : Location was good but that is it and unfortunately you as a company were not able to provide us the refund since we did not stay in the room due to poor cleaning conditions. Please let us know if anything can be done for the full refund
  : It was very unpleasant experience. The bed sheets were not changed from preview guest. They were black hair on the pillow . The bathroom smelled like sewage. It was more then just sulfide. We asked for refund and went to different hotel.
