  : Hotel staff friendly, efficient and helpful.Menu was good in the restaurant and the food exceptional and good value.Facilities were good and a very relaxing break.We found its location good for what we wanted to do.
  : We put Do Not Disturb sign on our door and told one of the cleaning staff that it wasn,t necessary to service our room. When we returned in the afternoon we noticed our room windows were wide open. I went to check and found that a contractor had been in when we were out and fitted new blinds to the bedroom and bathroom windows. We had left the room tidy but not put everything away in the morning. We had a Samsung tablet in the drawer, two spare watches and jewelery in another and loose change left on the worktop. There were also clothes left out that we would have put away if somebody was going in. I went to reception and asked if they were aware of a contractor going into our room and they just said it was arranged? We had phones with us all day and a call,text or email would have been expected, if a contractor was going to be carrying out work in our room for about an hour? Although I must admit they were very tidy.
