  : The room was nicely decorated. The receptionist was very friendly & helpful.
  : The only way you can sleep in this hotel is if you are one of the patrons at the nightclub next door & you come back to your room at 3am when the noise stops. It was incredibly loud! Disappointing as we liked the room when we first arrived & thought it was in a nice location, but we would not stay here again - its impossible to get any sleep.

  : The Tree was clean and well appointed. Lovely attention to detail. Great location in the Old Port.
  : The only slight negative is that with its close proximity to some of the popular cocktail bars, it can be a bit noisy late into the night. Great though if youre looking to enjoy the night life of Skiathos!

  : This property is advertised as an apartment with a a kitchenette - in all other properties we have stayed in booked via booking.com this description would indicate a level of self catering - However apart from a fridge kettle and coffee machine there was no kitchenette not even a teaspoon or bottle opener. For the price we paid we expected to be able to enjoy our own wine and eat simple food off plates - extremely disappointed and misleading

  : The room was clean.The reception allowed us to check out 30 mins later than the planned time.
  : - The hotel was incredibly noisy. Both because of the surrounding bars playing very loud usic just under our windows and aslo because of hotel customers returning to their room at 1 am, shouting in the staircase, banging on eachother's doors etc. - Lots of stairs to reach the hotel and then again inside the hotel, to reach the room.- The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable.

  : Didnt bother me but there are lots of steps and the bar below plays loud music until 2. I slept through it but if youre a light sleeper then you may have problems

  : Like that the host was looking for us on arrival.
  : Apartment wasnt ready at check in time which, for a 24 hour stay only, had a major impact. Apartment smelled, especially the bathroom. Apartment is located close to a bar which played very loud music until 3.30/4am. Sofa bed very uncomfortable and couldnt be slept upon. Better instructions for location are required. Travis largely unable to get to apartment.

  : Really nice modern hotel on the sea front. I was overlooking the bay. The room was very spacious, AC worked well and everything was very clean. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and you get some free water. Apparently the tap water on the island is not drinkable, FYI. The staff were super nice. It's a 10 min walk from where the airport bus drops you and a 40 min walk to the airport itself (yes one can walk :)). The hotel is in Skiathos town so everything is very close by, like 3 min walk.
  : The bar(s) next door start playing very loud music from about 0030-0330 in the morning. I'm not a light sleeper but even with ear plugs it's impossible to sleep during that time (in the bay facing room). It's every night as well, from about May to early Sept. If it wasn't for that, I'd have given a rating of 10 but of course you need to be able to sleep in a hotel. :(
