  : We loved the views and the pool area and pool bar. We loved the newly refurbished rooms.
  : There is nobody to help you up the stairs with luggage to your room. Reception closes during the day which is not advertised and the staff left to help you have not much knowledge. There is room service advertised but no phone in the rooms to call them or nobody to bring the food up. There is no laundry service. Your towels dont get changed daily. There is one major thing that really lets this property down which is a shame - the staff. The woman at reception was very unhelpful. She had no knowledge of anything we asked her and no intention to try find out. (basic things about surroundings i.e. busses, best way to walk into town, excursions and the list goes on) Her attitude made it clear its not her job or problem. The barman that worked in the evenings was initially very rude to us and rather abrupt and just unfriendly thereafter. The barman that worked during the day just sat smoking in the corner all day and was rude when I asked the price of the baklava and told me to look up the price myself.

  : The staff did not care about our stay. Indeed, at first the AC was not working and instead of trying to repair it they asked if we paid for this. It never happened before!

  : Location, up the hill from the town . Ok walking down , but diff / initial get a taxi back . So bus to stop No 4 & testing walking up the hill !
