: Lovely big room with very nice interior. The same goes for the bathroom. We got a small upgrade, which was nice. Lovely views. Quiet area. Great bed. Lovely amenities and coffee making facilities. Wine upon arrival. Nice touch.
: Better bread selection at breakfast as the focus on sweet pastries was greater.

: The suites are amazing. Nicely decorated, fully equipped with everything you need. Jacuzzi worked perfectly. Stuff all very attentive to all our needs and friendly!!
: Location was very uphill making it not possible to walk back to the property but they did provide a company shuttle booked in advance

: Mattress are comfortable, Breakfast is good, except for the tea bag choices & quality, as well as poor industrial fruit juices. Poolside equipment
: The lack of questioning of the staff on all the malfunctions of the hotel is confusing. Do not be fooled by the photos, this hotel leaves a taste of unfinished, the finishes are disappointing and the whole back shop is sloppy. The path to access is very badly indicated, maybe 2 or 3 "reception" road sign may help to not waste our time in one-way roads Air conditioning unit is clearly undersized for the room, leading to a room temperature close to 30C during our first night. Unfortunately, we explain to you that you do not know how to use the remote control. After unsuccessful manipulations by the staff, nothing changes, and we suggest that you maybe change your room for the last night. We will never hear about this proposal again. Leaving the curtains closed all day helped bring the heat down, but never to the set temperature level. Moreover, the windows are dirty (from the inside!), the oak furniture is attacked by xylophagous insects, we found spider webs... but nothing is ever their fault. Finally and despite all problems described (and for most of them unsolved), they did not hesitate to charge me a supplement for my 3 year old daughter. A deplorable attitude for an establishment that is absolutely not worth its price
