  : Great location for our last two nights in the Sporades. Close to everything in the town, both lively and busy, but also able to easily get away and visit Paralia Plakes for an evening swim. The room had everything we needed, all very compact, but perfectly manageable with 3 people in the room for the short stay we had. Eva was lovely and welcoming and very helpful. Able to store luggage on checkout and before catching flight home.
  : Some other very noisy guests on our first night- but I suppose this is to be expected due to location we chose. This is not a complaint to the host but more an observation of the lack of consideration on the part of the other guests in the property. Would recommend having earplugs and eye mask as noise from street also continues into early hours (5am)- but again, to be expected with the location.

  : The location was great, just in the middle of old town. Everything was there, shops, cafes, restaurants. It was really easy to find it and it was just 5 minutes walking from the harbour. The owner was really nice and friendly. The room was clean enough and the owner offered us some drinks for free
  : There wasn't any soundproofing of the rooms and no elevator, but if you travel there light and to be outside, you don't really care about that

  : Everyday cleaning of the apartment was unexpected but very much appriciated.Staff was wonderful and friendly.We had everything inside the apartment and they thought of little things as well.
  : The internet was a bit unstable for most of our stay.

  : Very well located near the main street but far enough that the noise is not disturbing. Very friendly staff, the complimentary drinks in the fridge were also a good surprise.
  : the code numbers in the main door are a bit worn out. trying combinations with four digits will be easy to open the door. They should think of changing codes every once in a while.. The location map in booking isn't correct, searching in google maps is easier to find the place.

  : Great location, near to the new and the old port, and near to restaurants, places of interest and the two main museums. The kitchen was fully equipped. Very helpful stuff!
  : The location is very central, so it is not a very quiet area!

  : Location good, but during the high season area might be bit noicy because there is a music bar other side of the street. Very kind owner!

  : We enjoyed our short stay at Eva's house. Eva, her daughter and son are and were very friendly and helpful hosts. The room and ensuite were very clean, the beds were very comfortable to allow good sleep. Situated right in the hub of Skiathos Town steps from the main Papadiamonte Street.. was everything we needed for a 2night stay.
  : Confused about Location of Property: The address of Eva's house on Booking.com ad/info gives as Papadiamonte Street when the property is situated in a side road off Papadiamonte Street. Papadiamonte Street is long and is the Main Shopping/cafe/restaurant street that starts near to the harbour . No Motor Vehicles have access (only motorcycles ). Therefore our taxi driver dropped off the other side of the main street....giving us "scant instructions" on how to reach Eva's house . We got lost in trying to find the property as it was evening. Fortunately : after ringing the property Eva's daughter told us we were not too far away and she would come and collect us , which she did. Thankful.
