No parking available.

Pets are not allowed.

Children ages 5 and older are allowed.
Children from 5 years old to 17 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People 5 years old and over stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
Prepayment of 30% of total price is required within 24 hours of the reservation. The hotel will contact the guest to request a receipt of the prepayment, within 48 hours.
