  : Very good location close to seafront but far enough away from town centre noise. Breakfast was good. Staff were brilliant considering they only took over the day before we arrived
  : We booked a down stairs room as I am disabled, but when we arrived we found that the previous owner had also booked a lot of other disabled people and we could only have a first floor room. The new owner arrived on the Friday and the previous owner pretty much handed the keys to her and left without a word. No hand-over talk about bookings, just "There you go" and left! There was no lift available so I had to cope with stairs which was problematic. had we known before-hand we would have cancelled the booking and gone elsewhere. the bed was very old and we could feel the base through the mattress. The new owner started gutting rooms for complete refurbishment on the day we left

  : The ivernia was starting on a big refurbishment ready for the season to start next year..and when it is finished will be a lovely bed and breakfast with really lovely hosts
  : The bedroom that we had looked straight on to a brick wall..with no view at all
