Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : At the far end of a quiet cul de sac which for the most part seemed to be privately owned, with mostly elderly residents. Ideal for the nearby, 5 minutes walk, massive quiet beach. Good location, 20 minutes to Mablethorpe, 25 to Skegness. Sutton on sea, Chapel St Leonards close bye. Ideal for a couple with a couple of small children looking for a quieter sort of holiday. We took our grandkids.
  : It is only a small property, storage is at a premium for a three bedroom property particularly in the bedrooms. There is no freezer, or ice box in the fridge which was a shame if you wanted ice packs for a picnic cool bag.

  : Location great with beach being a short walk away with children.Cosy place felt like home to home.Beds lovely and comfy.
  : Not really a dislike but a freezer would have made it a bit easier planning dinners.

  : Located close to beech, cafe, bar and restaurant. Few minutes drive to fantasy island , close to Skegness and mablethorpe. Property was clean and tidy,
  : Property could do with access directly to rear of building as we had dogs and had to harness them to go out early hours, outside rear light would have been good. Only a fridge in property no freezer or ice box.
