  : This is a very centrally located hotel run by a family. Jerry and his father are passionate about their business and you feel this every moment. Rooms are nicely arranged with access to garden and privacy and with a lot of space inside. We got figs at our garden table every morning and got very good tips from Jerry when we needed to move around in Patmos. We would definitely come again at our next trip.
  : Kitchen electric oven works rather slowly, this may be replaced. Maybe we could not run it properly. Even then, we prepared our hot breakfast during every morning we stayed.

  : The apartment was lovely everything you needed in a clean and stylish space. It was really close to Skala so easy to walk in for breakfast or supper and on the way to the monastery so easy to ebike up the hill. Lovely pool and not too busy so didnt feel like you had many neighbours. A fantastic property and location.

  : Brilliant stay and decided to extend at this fabulous property. Family of 5 with a 6, 2 and 3 month old. The apartments and grounds are kept at the highest of standards - with the big highlight being the gardens and pool of course. The owner takes huge pride in the upkeep and its ever evident with his son being a great help and super accommodating and really making our stay thanks soo much Jerry! Also key to mention is we stayed in 2 different rooms including the 2 bedroom apartment which included at least 3 air conditioning units and the best equipped kitchen that we have come across in all our stays in Greece. Lovely place and will visit again - all the best to Jerry and Yianni

  : The location was beautiful with a pool. This is a big plus for Patmos since there are normally no swimming pools. The garden is very beautiful and well looked after and it does feel like a little oasis
  : The room got very hot. We had one of those two story open room bungalows and the Air Conditioning wasn't strong enough to heat the upper level where the beds were located. Other than that everything was fine.
