  : The staff is AMAZING! Eleni was the most wonderful and helpful front desk manager, she went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay and even stay a bit extra at night to make sure I was able to get into the hotel and into my room and helped me carry my luggage (!) just after 11pm. She was very professional, kind, and extremely accommodating. I am very grateful to her. I loved my second floor room with very large balcony! I love all the different lighting options in the room, especially the ambient colored lighting behind the bed :) It was generally quiet, which was great, breakfast was delicious, as was the coffee machine. Nice, clean, big pool, and great selection of drinks. Relaxing vibe all around in the hotel, from the staff and the environment. Pretty good Wifi and lots of TV channels. I loved that I could park my rental bike in the front. The rooms and beds were very clean and the air conditioning in the room was most PERFECT! (Bonus: Nearby Skala Kalloni is a lovely little village with the most delicious restaurants!)
  : 1) Pillows on the beds were uncomfortable for me. Some softer, higher quality pillows would be nice to have as an option. 2) The outdoor showers weren't working for the days I came back from the sea, and there was no rinse off faucet or hose to get the sand off my feet before entering the hotel. I had to do it in the room shower a few times, the sand had to go down the drain. 3) There was also a tear in the door screen in room 203 that can be fixed. The phone also wasn't in working condition. 4) It would also be nice that the large balconies had lounging beds for tanning, and not just the chairs! I was too tired the first days from travel to go to pool and having a lounge bed would have been perfect. 5) Room safes should be included free of charge, or if they are charging money, the safes should be much bigger (to hold a computer or larger items like bags, etc.) 6) Rooms should have at least 1 or 2 small complimentary bottles of water. I had a very late flight/arrival, and no way of obtaining any water, as all the staff had left and I had no water for drinking that night. Also, the tiny glasses for water at breakfast are too small. Larger glasses and water should be provided more easily. Bonus: Walkway over the sand (wooden, bamboo, or stone?) on the beach to the road going to hotel with water faucet/fountain at the end to wash off sand from feet would be very nice! A changing cabinet for bathing suits are needed too.
