Disappointing

  : Property was in a good position right on the beach and we were provided with a regular change of towels/ sheets. That is the only good point about number 8 room !!!!!
  : My husband and I have stayed in Scala Kefalonia for over 20 years. Its a great and wonderful place to go on holiday, just not staying at number 8 Aegealis Studios. It was not an apartment, not a studio, just a tiny room with a tiny bathroom and even smaller kitchen facilities.We stayed for 3 weeks here and requested a bigger room immediately but none were available. Its shocking to believe we paid 1178 euros and it was a struggle even to pass each other around the room. Does booking.com ever check the size of the properties they advertise and the self catering facilities? It would appear not !!!

  : Bed was confortable.Nice location near the beach.The garden. The pools nearby. Clean sheets and towels. Nice staff.
  : We selected again this accomodation because last year we also stayed in here and it was the perfect place. Last year we stayed in number 4 room.Unfortunately, this time was dissapointing. We stayed in no. 3 room.Since the beggining the first impresion of the room wasnt nice because we discovered that the bathroom was very small, without a window and we found losen hair on the floor and dust. The towels werent changed the next day and we asked if it is possible to be changed daily. Of course, the staff was very nice and kindly agreed our request but we wished to benefit without asking in the first place. The furniture had bad smell of mold. It was old. In the night I was disturbed by the smell especially I am an allergic person. We couldnt sleep well because of the noises. People with the room on top of ours made a lot of noises every night and early in the morning. In the last night it was the worst and we woke up very tired we had to take another accomodation to rest because we had a 20 hours trip to make back to our country. Last year I gave a 10 plus to this place, but now I dont think it was worh the money

  : Quiet studio apartments straight out to the beach! Cleaned every day, Maria was marvelous. Enough facilities to make breakfast and lunch. Made use of the back garden for afternoon reading with local wine !Taverna next door with great Greek cider and mouth watering foods (beach view). Captain Vangelis cruises were busy but the sightseeing was marvellous.
  : No luggage storage facilities for late airport pick up! Maria, the on-site cleaner let us use her home.

  : A wonderful place to stay in Skala. The studio is very close to the beach and a short walk to the village.
