  : The studio has a superb view over the coast and it only takes few minutes by car to go to Sitia. It's situated in a quiet area and has a nice garden in the front, it was lovely to have breakfast on the terrace. The studio has everything to cook simple meals and also a small but effective dishwasher.

  : Apartment 1 has wonderful views over the bay and the town of Sitia. Much better location than staying in town. On the right side to access Toplou, Vai and all the sites on the east coast.

  : We stayed in Corina 2 which has plenty of parking off road and secure and quiet. The manager was most generous in supplying a small container of olive oil, bottle of wine, jams and bread on arrival and met us at the property on arrival. The property is very convenient for swims and visiting Sitea as well as the beautiful countryside and beaches. Sitia is has a relaxing atmosphere with many excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities.

  : Nice view, clean apartment, parking available in front of the building, working Wifi.
  : Cash only (I know that they wrote it in the description of the property, but I mention it because they do not give you a receipt - even after asking explicitly for one. This is always sus.) Description of how to connect to Wifi was old and did not work initially.Water is cold at night and in the morning unless a switch is activated. Nobody told us.

  : The toilet seat was cracked, shower leaks into the bathroom dramatically and the wifi never worked.

  : The noise from a dog in the nights. They did not take creditcard as payment, so we had to draw money from ATM and to pay ekstra for that.

  : The apartment block is located 3min away (by car) from the city center, making it ideal if you want to stay away from the city noise and relax. A parking spot was also provided for our car. The house was clean when we arrived and it could easily fit up to 5-6 people. Finally, the view from the top floor was stunning.
  : We never actually met the owner, and everything was handled through a hotel in the city center. We had to pay in cash for the full amount upon our arrival in order to get the keys. There were no toiletries in the WC, and no paper towels in the kitchen. A bottle of water in the fridge would also be a nice gesture since the apartment is located away from any grocery stores. For that price, I believe that the owner should provide a few more essentials to their guests. The electric appliances were old, and the A/C was noisy during the night.
