  : At this point, I have nothing positive to say about Booking.com, this property and Hello Homes.
  : The Booking .com app was very difficult to use. It took a long time to load and had a lot of bugs. Upon arriving at the apartment, we noticed a lot of black hairs on the ground in the corners especially. The shower was problematic with water overflowing onto the floor. The Hello Homes agent was 1/2 an hour late to open up the apartment for us. We requested more bath towels the first day we arrived and Ruth at the office did she would have some dropped off later- these were never dropped throughout our three day stay. The worse of all was when we were leaving, we followed instructions of the check in person Oscar who said to leave all the keys behind in the apartment and close the door. So we did this but then were trapped inside the building because the lobby door was locked from the inside out. We called the Hello Homes number but there was no emergency telephone contact to be found on the website of Booking.com or Hello Homes. We were literally TRAPPED in the building. This was a horrible experience. Finally another tenant in the building came down and had to unlock the lobby door to let us out. We will never use Booking.com or Hello Homes again.
