  : The host made up some excuse and won't give us our deposit back. He won't reply to any calls/emails. Also, when we got there the power was out for hours and we had to wait in the dark for someone to come and fix it.

  : Dark. Poor Facilities. Absolutely nothing like the pictures. Dated. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. We had a year wait because of covid and this fell very short of expectations. Jacuzzi with no privacy with wasteland to the left and a busy hotel overlooking behind. We never used mainly because we wanted to be out of the apartment as much as we could. One bed very very small. The worst part was the key lighting situation. In order for lights and aircon you had to use a key to turn on. This was padlocked to the door key and you could no separate. Therefore if someone was out with the keys the person inside could not have light or aircon. They would not provide more than one key. The most bizarre thing Ive experienced when travelling. We stayed in an apartment up the road for almost half the price with much better service and facilities and far more comfortable. This is overpriced and not value for money. If you have cash, are one person who just wants to crash in the centre and will never be in, this is for you

  : The furniture are uncomfortable, The pool wasnt clean, the Air conditionerdid it work properly. The shower dont feetto tall people. not enough cleaning products.
