  : The check in is a 2km walk from the actual apartment. There is no specific email advising of this and we had no car to get there with our 20kg backpacks.   : Spacy comfortable kitchen and space.
  : Impossible to sleep, no black out, too much light entering from the main door. Dead cockroach under the bed. No towel change (or sheets) for four nights. Very noisy in the morning. Wifi had no signal at all, not ecen for emails. Two single beds as double, gap while sleeping. Had to go to another hotel 1,5km to receive the keys, no reception.

  : Nothing, worst experience I've ever had with accommodation.
  : Looked nothing like the photos. The beautiful yard shown in the pictures was a dirt patch with an empty pool and spa, no trees or plants. Construction noise and workers everywhere, very noisy neighbours, no peace. Internet barely worked and only in the lounge. Heating/cooling didn't work. Dirty marks and grime from previous guests all over the place. Super squeaky bed with itchy blankets. When I mentioned I wasn't satisfied with the accommodation, Sunway offered me a smaller, cheaper room at one of their other locations that didn't even look nice in the photos. For the same price though. I stayed only one night in the end because I had no other choice then booked elsewhere. Sunway agreed to a refund for the remaining nights, but only after I had booking.com contact them on my behalf. They then took weeks to actually provide the refund, and did so in multiple separate parts, making excuses about my cards and accounts not working (they had absolutely no issue taking money from them however). After weeks of back and forth messaging and booking.com contacting them again, I finally got my refunds (at a lower conversion rate, so actually lost money still). All in all the worst experience I have ever had with accommodation. Would not recommend any of the Sunway properties to anyone.
