A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Please note that guests must call the property at least 30 minutes before arriving to the apartment to confirm key collection, as there is no reception.

After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions.

If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance.

Check-in outside hours has the following extra charges, to be paid in cash upon arrival:

From 19:00 to 22:00: EUR 30
From 22:00 to 00:00: EUR 50
Before 15:00: EUR 30, subject to availability

Check-in on bank holidays also has an extra charge of EUR 30, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

A cot and baby high-chair can be provided for an extra charge of EUR 35 per stay.

Please note that parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited at the property. Penalties will apply.
