Disappointing
Traveller Type: family with young children
  : Place is outdated and tacky compared to other hotels in nearby area. Continental breakfast is basically a breakfast sandwich they provide and you have to heat it yourself. No dining area. Place needs a big time face lift if they want to stay in business. Either additions have to be built and whole place just needs a full demolish and rebuild. Beds were uncomfortable. If your desperate for a room it's decent but there are plenty of better options.

  : Location was good. Hotel was quiet. Enjoyed the hot tub. It was in an adjoining building. It was nice to not have to go outside to get to the pool area. Breakfast was micro-wave packaged food but was better than just a continental breakfast. Enjoyed the sausage biscuit.
  : BEWARE: Hotel indicates they are pet friendly but after booking they send an email stating that "You must contact them if you are traveling with a pet". I did. They downgraded my room size, increased price and DID NOT RESPOND TO NEITHER Messages nor Phone calls. When checking in they said "yay, we are busy". Nobody was at the desk for check-out. Customer service was lacking.

  : No one on site. Was not welcoming . Two chairs on our patio/balcony would be good. Only had one.

  : The location was great! Easy to get in and out. Room was comfortable. Staff was nice. Very quiet, normally didn't hear neighbors.
  : There was a smell in the hallways. The hot tub room as also not up to standard. Need to be cleaned.

  : Great employees and good location right between Ephraim and Sister Bay. Just a little outdated but that didn’t affect the stay.

  : The rooms are extremely clean and the first two staff girls we encountered were great!
  : Dirty hot tub area, broken lock to outdoor patio, holes drilled in the hallway door that allows people to see into your room, staff that were present when checking out didn't even look up from their phones and the one didn't even turn around to stop his conversation with the other.
