  : Being next door to an extremely loud bar that plays extremely loud live music. Our room was right next to it so we are not just moaning. We cud not hear ourselves think. No joke. . There is thankfully a noise restriction so it was over by 11.30om as we were told. So other than that all perfect

  : We have stayed at the Castello Village a number of times over since 2017. The location in the village is very good.
  : I was disappointed this year with a number of things;Public areas needed maintenance( broken tiles on stairs foot paths) worn out tile paint/sealer on the footpaths. Some of the garden areas had not been tidied up (from last season?). The room cleaning seemed rushed and didnt happen every day.The buffet breakfast was chaotic and badly organised. The breakfast was adequate and everything was replenished as used. The staff were very well natured, but very busy.I did hear from a local that the hotel had rushed the opening and only started to prepare a few days before the start of the season. I think they are short of staff.We will probably stay again, but not this year and probably not until we have seen some improvement.

  : Nothing.
  : It was supposed to be a 4 stars hotel but the accommodations were lame. The room does not look like the pictures. We were asked to pay the taxes while we already paid them on booking. It is really noisy, the isolation is really bad. No do not disturb paper and the cleaning ladies came pretty early. The bar was playing music until 00:00. The breakfast was not good. It does not worth the price we paid for.

  : the room was clean and AC worked well. breakfast was by far the best part of my stay.
  : The reception was very rude to me. The lady judged me for being solo and talked very passive aggressively when I had simple requests. I tried to book my room with cash, as I needed a hotel due to an emergency situation but they turned me away to book online, fine if that is policy then I did that. Then they close the pool when it is still daylight so paying guests cant enjoy as normally expected at a resort. They do not have services on Sundays that should be provided all days of the week, such as no pool towels, laundry or doctor on site. They called for me to check out a day early, when I paid for two nights and made me feel very unwelcome, even though I told them I was needing to stay there due to an emergency elsewhere. I finally had enough and decided to switch hotels, where check in was a bit later so I asked if Castello does late check out. I was told yes by someone who clearly didnt understand. Then when time came, I was told check out 11pm sharp or be charged. This place is run very poorly, I only have good things to say about the breakfast buffet and that the room was clean.

  : Staff at front counter attitude problem was told there was no rooms left went for lunch checked on computer and booked room when I went back new people arrived and they asked if rooms were available and they told them yes there are. Panagioti was good and went out of his way and apologised for the other staff. Sleeping was a bit of a problem with spa going off all the time and sitting on balcony next doors windows were open for bathroom and bedroom and a bit uncomfortable sitting out there and neighbour coughing and farting. Wanted to stay extra night but decided to leave.

  : The buffet breakfast was quite extensive and varied which was good. However, many of the cooked items were lukewarm to bordering cold. Seems the bain marie were not working...
