  : Pool was great. Balcony views were amazing. Staff were friendly.
  : Breakfast was Spartan. A lot of the dishes were empty! Room was also Spartan for the price we paid. No glasses for water. No tissues in room. All the little things you expect.

  : I did not like anything. I believe that the owners of this property were not honest in their listing on booking.com. Some of the services they said the hotel provided, were outright 'lies' . For example the listing states air conditioning, but upon arrival at this hotel we were told that the air conditioning could only be used from 4pm to 9pm. The temperature in Sirmione this day was 94, so you can probably see how hot the room was. Upon entering the room, it was like walking into a sauna, a steam room. After about 30 minutes we decided this was not healthy, a very poor environment to stay in for 3 nights, not being able to cool this room properly, and booked another hotel. We went down to the lobby and let them know that we had to find another place to stay because of the poor condition of the room, and it not being healthy to reside in and try to sleep in.So in summary, I did not get any refund, and was charged 3 nights for a 60 minute stay. They lied about having air conditioning on the website page. Then when I tried to get this resolved and asked for some type of refund, they said I stayed in the room for the entire day. I have attached two images, one a train ticket ( time 12:06 ) and another image showing when we booked the other hotel ( 2:00 in the afternoon ). I have attached these images to show that at the most we stayed in this room for 60 minutes, the train took 20 minutes from Verona, the taxi wait and drive to the hotel about 40 minutes, and leaving Hotel Mirabello before 2 pm to get to the other hotel. So how could we have stayed all day there ????I am not happy that their listing on booking.com was not factual and accurate and truthful. If some of these hotels/apartments did not lie on their booking sites, and if booking.com checked the accuracy and honesty of these places, then maybe this would have not happened, since I would have known that Hotel Mirabello only offers Partial Air Conditioning ............
  : Everything, the staff was very rude when we had to leave our room after 60 minutes because of their policy of only using air conditioning from 4 pm to 9 pm. This room was very unhealthy to stay in. This had never happened to me in all of my travels throughout the years. They probably will say that upon leaving , they offered me another room, but I explained it was too late for that as I had already booked and reserved another hotel down the street. I said that what they were doing could be considered fraudulent, when advertising a service which they did not provide.................
