  : Didnt like transport. I have to walk one km to the hotel!! With 2 small children 6 and 7 years old which they have to carry their bags . Catstrofe!!

  : Ideal by name, ideal by nature. Wonderful hotel - great swimming pool but also close to the beach and historic site. Wherever you went there was a view of the lake. The staff, in particular Simon, Sebastian, and Alessandro were marvellous and couldnt do enough to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
  : We would have appreciated access to TV news channels in English.

  : Was not aware that we had to travel/drive through the old town to get to hotel. A bit of a shock and no direction from Hotel before we arrived that it is a bit more complicated to arrive by car

  : very close to the beach, nice pool and private beach access
  : location is very difficult to go to if you have larger luggage. i would recommend a private driver. we had some in our family with health issues and had to walk uphill with our luggage. we asked the front desk staff for help obtaining transportation prior to departure date to no avail and walked back to town with luggage. please book private transport well in advance. staff is below average except for one male waiter was great. also they are not knowledgeable about what is offered. we almost went 1 hr away for paddle-boarding based off the front desk. fortunately we went to the local beach a 5min walk where it is offered. spiders in bedroom/ especially bathrooms in 3/5 rooms we had but at that point didnt bother to complain..just wanted to leave this property,sirmione is beautiful, the hotel is below average for the price point.

  : Nice clean hotel, with good facilities and nice area around the pool. Good breakfast choice and walking distance to the centre. The town itself is lovely with nice restaurants
  : The beach is not a beach but rocks, pictures were not clear enough. Getting to the hotel is tight through the town streets, it was closed for a few hours so need time your arrival correctly

  : The location was good, great views of the lake. The breakfasts, which surprisingly were included , were excellent|: great choice of food, fresh meats, fruit, cereals, bread, cake, Twinings Breakfast tea! and a wonderful breakfast area, outdoors (or indoors) with lots of little sparrows for company. The pool and surounding area was amazing, lots of loungers - ratio of more than two per room (I worked out that there were only about 31 rooms) - lots of trees for shade, and access to a small private beach. Car park was free except for fairly high tax.
  : Would have perhaps liked to see a lighter menu for lunch at the hotel. It was a long walk up and down hills into main area of town for food.
