  : We stayed for 5 days in this nice flat, our room was very new and very clean. It was decorated with the famous italian touch, wood flouring, a very nice bathroom..., the room is very nice and sunny. The street was very quiet and we enjoyed to go everywhere in Ortigia just walking. Parking the car was not a problem. We also enjoyed a good breakfast nearby with a very welcoming staff. We enjoyed a lot our stay. Andrea and his staff are just perfect, they are always listening to your needs and ready to help. We felt very welcome. We strongly recommend P4 Ortigia. Thank you so much to the staff for your kindness and warm welcome.

  : Super cool architecture- old house, but modern room. Great bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is at a nearby cafe, parking on the street with help from the b&b.
  : First it was stressful to find the place and door as there is no sign and you have to call. But once you arrived it was all good.

  : Beautiful modern room in a great location near the Old Town of Siracuse
  : The rooms are set inside a rather shabby building up 2 flights of steps (no lift) but this is a small price to pay for the location and comfort of the room

  : All brand new room. Ultra modern with interesting original features retained (see thru bathroom). Two min walk to wonderful Ortega.
  : Unfortunately work on outside of building made it impossible to open door to balcony due to dust. However this will soon be finished very soon.

  : Good location and comfortable bed
  : Breakfast was at the closest bar and it was not good at all - not many options and not so friendly staff. Also it felt very unpersonal. The hotel self felt also very unpersonal, a very cool atmosphere. The room had no views to outside. You could open a kind of window to a inner "shaft" , but there was not much of a ventilation/circulation of fresh air. And besides, with the window open there was a huge amount of mosquitoes inside!

  : Not a fan of the glass walled bathroom. Frosted glass would have been nice. No coffee in the room. Otherwise, wonderful!
