  : The flat was nicely decorated
  : The address provided in the booking was wrong. We arrived on the street indicated only to find that the place wasn't there. It took us one hour with backpacks and conversation in Italian that we can't understand to find the place. Our booking price for 3 people was 47 + the city tax. The owner added 7 euros to this for extra people's linen and towels even if we were three and there was nothing about it in the booking. He told us about it after we have moved in and he threat us to pay it or throw us out while we were out eating and all that in Italian that we don't understand.when we got back to the house in the night we found 2 bedsheets and one blanket we asked him if there were more and he replied the next day. The bed was two mattresses on a non stable surface moving like crazy. I had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep without a blanket.in the morning when we woke up to leave the electricity was cut for more than one and a half hour and we're unable to wash two pots we used. The flat is nice but the communication with the host, the extra charge , the cold in the night and above the terrible bed ruin the experience.

  : .This was a real NIGHTMARE. First warning: the owner does not speak ANY English.We were contacted 2hrs (!!!) before arrival. The owner requested PayPal payment. We refused this because the payment should have been in cash. Than the owner tried to charge us riddiculous 7 for towels. We were waiting hours for receiving the code which was needed to unlock the main door. When we finnaly got in the house we were stuck in the tiny yard because we did not receive ANY info where the keyes were. The rooms did not have any numbers written on the door. The main gate was full of rust and got stuck so we could not get out. We managed to get out after an hour because some people went by and helped us to push and open the main door. We managed to find the keyes accidentally. The other day the owner sent us an address of a Bakery where we were supposed to come and pay in cash?!?! We put money on a table and left.NO ACCESS TO THE BEACH.We travel a lot, have been across the world. But we never had such a terrible experience.

  : The location is nice, because it is in the middle of the old town and near the beach.
  : The bathroom is horrible, you can barely sit on the toilet, the shower doesn't close, the bathroom doesn't close. The bed isn't as bad as it seems. If you are there in the winter, the heating doesn't work the best.

  : The communication with the host was difficult. She was very unfriendly and tried to make us cancel the booking on the website so it would be unofficial. The beds were bad and the shower broke down.

  : The toilet was running the entire night and it couldn't flush. The owner sent a plumber, but just before our checkout, so it didn't help at all. The towels had stains on them + the use of towels was charged extra. Also, not a good place to stay in spring because it was freezing.
