  : The only good part about this room is the location, it was perfect. The large bathroom was a plus. No towels though, we had to go looking in a closet in the reception room.
  : Everything. This hotel is really missing an opportunity to charge more. First, they sent us a note on the morning we were to arrive. We were using wifi so we missed instructions about how to get in because we were already enroute. No one was there, a proprietor nearby called the people and they gave us instructions and a key in their mailbox. No one came the entire first day. The iron gate was fine off the alleyway, but the 6 to 8 huge garbage cans and sad looking area we had to walk thru were scary especially at night. The stairs were filthy and our room was not very clean. The reception room which we used one of 4 keys for would have made an excellent area to eat..put in 2 or 3 tables..we had to fill out a sheet the night before and they wheeled in breakfast at the time we requested. Now the really uncomfortable part, no drop off for our luggage, and parking was 3 blocks away. We had to schlep our bags and carry them up 2 big stairs. In a month of travel in Italy, this was our only huge mistake...also, the picture they show is certainly not their place near the water.

  : In the heart of Ortiga. Great location.
  : Room was ok but bathroom was not clean and smelled. Breakfast is not worth it. Fresh fruit was totally dried and not fresh.
